xx Palm Tree Forum Carpentaria palm leaves stop growing

Hi, i stay in a hot climate country and have planted 3 carpentaria palm trees 4 years back, from 4 ft to now 12 ft. One of them is growing slow or dying lately, with no new leaves coming out. The others 8 leaves left are turing into dark green or brown but hanged on to the trunk exceptionally long. I tried added few type of fetilizers, pesticites, more water, etc but they don't seem to help. The other 2 continue to grow healthily without much care. Is ther a way to make it grow leaves (dumb question...). Many thanks for your kind advice. Regards, William.
