Hello, I am moving to The Villages FL (zip 32163) and I am looking for a small palm tree (under 15') to plant near the front of my home. I would like something that is cold hardy, disease resistant, and not very messy with fruit and all. I love the look of those that resemble a pineapple base, but do not know what they are called or if they meet my requirements listed above. Can you remommend a couple or three trees for me. thank you so much.... Rose

Are their dwarf type palms which would grow approx. 7 - 10' in height while properly potted indoors. This is a high ceiling condo type environment with controlled conditions and plenty of sunlight - Do you have a recommendation thank you and Happy New Year - Larry R.
